Although my hobbies were always evolving around travelling, photography and art history, until recently I was missing the desire for painting and sought other ways of expressing myself. That however changed one year ago, when – equipped with a canvas, four brushes and some colors - I started working on my first painting, the way I liked it the most...
By using various textures, stones, textiles, purpurines, I intend to create what I call a DECORATIVE painting – starting just from a deep inside feeling, an expression, a mood ... so my first paintings do not belong to a definite style but are rather an expression of myself.
My first exposition took place in my hometown – Canet de Mar - in August 2007 and to my great surprise, the paintings were very well received, especially by other amateur artists like myself, who in the following time pushed me to continue. After that, I made two more expositions in neigbouring towns (Sant Celoni & Arenys de Munt), with ongoing success.
I would like to thank all this people, from whom I have received so much encouragement in this last year and who still advice me and thereby greatly support me with my paintings.
